So Jackie, Mitchell and myself were sitting in a restaurant brainstorming about what to do for their engagement session. Being that Jackie works for the Food and Wine Festivals and Mitchell works for the sports agency that reps Heat players, I wildly suggested having a dinner table center court in the American Airlines Arena. Mitchell calmly looked at me and said “let me see what I can do”. SHUT UP!!!! So a few months later, and here are the pics from their engagement session in the arena. Thanks to Kathryn Parrish of Parrish Designs for setting up the table. Also, once again thank you to Nicole LIvades of Dollface Makeup for her fabulous job!
Model Daisy Nash and I traveled far out west to find this fabled and haunted location that used to be a missile silo in the 60’s to do a vintage themed shoot. What we found was an awesome location that was infested with paint ballers. Can’t win them all? Sure can. I’m not the kind to walk away from a fight so I saw the red cloak amongst her wardrobe – saw the field – light bulbs went off and this is what we got.
Meaghan Koppel & Jonathan Pallone’s E-Session Part 2! My engagement sessions are my opportunity to really get to know my clients and see all their true chemistry come out. If the idea is great, I’m down for anything! This time we took a boat ride on a custom Cigarette out to Stiltsville. Big thanks to Sean Soderholm and his crew hosting us with such class. The last shot’s for you Sean. Enjoy!
Ok Gator fans, this one is for you!! Daria Accaputo and Jose Puentes, being the Gator fanatics they are, wanted to do their engagement session in Gainesville. Me, always one to punch things up a bit, suggested we do it during a game as well!! It was a blast. I forgot how much natural beauty there is in Gainesville. The morning fog really added some quality ambiance. Also, I think we were being hunted. See if you can find it in the images…..Enjoy!!
In this set I grabbed the always effervescent Jaquie Ohh and her charming sister Stephanie Fischer (for makeup, hair, and styling) and dragged them to the Sundy House in Delray Beach. Steph and I came up with a gripping story line to work from. We told Jaquie who then nodded her head and proceeded to do whatever she felt. I should have known better. I guess when you look like that you should be on the cover of Maxim. Do you all vote yet??
Up for 24 hours, and onsite shooting for 18 hours, give you an idea of some of what went into capturing the wedding of Debbie Milhem & Ray Beda. Lisi Korn Oksemberg and her team from Forever Events handled all the details and steered this massive luxury liner from port to port. The day unfolded at the Turnberry Isle Miami Resort with new catering Director Kristina Lazos up to her knees in it right to the end! Welcome to Florida Kristina! Glad to have you! Debbie, Ray, the entire bridal party, their families, their friends, and pretty much all the guests were nothing less than engaging, gregarious, uninhibited and kind. All 600 of them!! I am so proud of my team (Leia, Raul & Sara) who handled this production with poise, sophistication and skill. I couldn’t have done it without you! Enjoy!
